PX TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following are the terms and conditions on purchases made thru the Tank Museum PX Gift Shop..

All purchases shipped within the Commonwealth of Virginia will have a 5% sales tax charge added to the order.

All orders will include a handling charge stated at time of purchase.

All orders are shipped by UPS Ground insured or USPS and shipping charges will be added to your order. Other shipping methods may be available. Please call for information.

If shipment is received damaged, please call attention to the damage with the UPS driver. If items ordered are damaged in shipping, save all packaging materials and take damaged item(s) along with all packaging material to your local UPS service center, or call 1-800-PICK-UPS to file a claim. Claims over $100.00 will require inspection by UPS.

All returns require an RAN (Return Authorization Number). Please contact the museum by phone or email for this number within 5 business days of receipt of order. Return authorization will only be granted for merchandise defects. No returns will be accepted without the return authorization number. Any item returned without an RAN will be refused and sent back to shipper.

Item(s) must be returned to the Museum UPS insured, in the same condition as shipped and in the same packaging, with all parts accounted for. Items with internal packaging that has been open will not be refunded. If item is sent back uninsured and gets lost in transit, the returnee is solely responsible for the lost and will not receive a refund.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to your returned item(s).

Returns on electronic items are not allowed.

The museum does not offer a warranty or guarantee on any item, however, there may be a manufacturer warranty. Please contact the museum representatives for further information.

Refunds will be issued, less shipping and handling charges within 1 week of receipt of authorized returned merchandise as long as it is received in the same condition as it was shipped, and it is shipped insured with a RAN.

Payment by VISA, MC, Discover and Paypal only! A paypal fee will also be charged for payment thru paypal.

The Tank Museum reserves the right to add, delete, and/or change any of the terms and conditions without notification.
